Delivery
We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer first class delivery at an extra cost. All orders over £60 include free delivery.
All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over £60.
Standard delivery (2-3 business days) - £3.95
First class (1-2 business days) - £5.45
Local deliveries will be arranged with you once placed.

Yes, we do! For customers within our nearest postcode, we hand deliver for free. Additionally, we offer hand delivery for a nominal fee of £2 to postcodes HP11, HP12, and HP13. It's our way of ensuring that our local community gets their products swiftly and with a personal touch.
Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, we're always looking at ways to expand and share the love of our Nature Sprites to more customers globally.
