If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll try our best to help
Our return policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since delivery, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please notify us by email at your earliest possible convenience.
We can only accept returned items that are confirmed as being faulty or damaged.
We will request photographic evidence of the faulty or damaged item(s), so take a photo at the earliest opportunity.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be both:
unused and in the same condition that you received it.
in the original transit packaging.
We cannot accept returns unless you contact us within the 14-day window after receiving your order.
Upon confirmation of a faulty or damaged item(s), we will offer you a refund, exchange or gift card to the value of the item(s) when initially purchased.
Please do not return items before first contacting us within the 14-day window.
In the case that we confirm your return, you will have a further 14 days to return your goods.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).
If you are shipping an item of value, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for any returned items lost in the post.
Refunds on Returned Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
Refunds are at the discretion of Langtree Botanics.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item in question was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can offer a gift credit for the value of the return having completed the above steps.
If the item was shipped directly to the gift giver, we will process the return directly with them.
Gift cards are non-refundable
Some of our items have discounted rates when purchased with other items. We will refund the value of the item within that particular deal when purchased.
If an item was purchased at a discounted rate, the refund value would be that of the item's value when purchased.
