Solstice Lemon & Lavender Cupcake Recipe

Beautiful dainty cakes for everyone to enjoy

Therefore in line with our 8 seasonal fragrances of candles and home fragrance products we are sharing with you a small selection of recipes that contain ingredients that are either in season at that time of year or contain herbs and spices that feature in our product ranges. Makes 12 cupcakes

Ingredients Cakes 330g plain flour

300g golden caster sugar

1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

360ml non-dairy milk

120ml vegetable oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons lemon extract

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 tablespoon roughly ground lavender buds


Buttercream

200g icing sugar

100g non-dairy butter spread

2 teaspoons non-dairy milk

A few drops of lavender essential oil
