Delivery & Returns

Our candles are small, but they can be quite heavy; it’s probably because of all the extra love and care we put into making each of them!

To help cut down on delivery costs, we will now provide free delivery on all orders over £60.

 

The information below outlines our full updated delivery charges as of 9th November 2021.

Delivery

At Langtree Botanics, we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care – to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition – and in a timely fashion.

 

All UK orders under £60* are subject to a delivery charge.

These orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

 

You can select which postage class for your order.

 

Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days)

Orders up to £28 = £5.50 P&P

Orders between £28-£60 = £7.50 P&P

 

Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 business days)

Orders up to £60 = £4.50 P&P

DPD Next Day+ (1-2 business days)

Orders up to £60 = £9.00 P&P

 

Orders over £60 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY. These orders will be sent fully tracked via a courier, usually using the DPD Next Day+ service. Items usually arrive in 1-2 business days.

Orders placed before 4pm will be posted the same day, and after 4pm will be posted the next working day.

*FREE UK delivery is automatically applied to orders of £60 or more. Please note free delivery is applicable once any other discount has been applied.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail or other couriers outside of our control, including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.  We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

Returns

If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a return. We would be happy to provide a cost-free exchange or a full refund.

We cannot accept returns unless you contact us by 4pm the day after receiving your order.

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
     

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
     

  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
     

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
     

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the company.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We may require evidence (pictures) of this before a return is arranged. If your return is approved, the replacement item will be sent out as soon as it is available.

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, please await our instructions before shipping. We will send details of where to ship returned orders.
     

  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
     

  • If you are shipping an item of value, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
