Langtree Botanics’ have made a conscious decision to predominantly use our local Post Office and Royal Mail for all of our future deliveries.

Since moving here several years ago, we've built a rapport with the friendly staff who work there and are an integral part of our community.

It's very much within walking distance allowing us to avoid unnecessary journeys to drop-off points or awaiting courier collections; all part of decreasing our carbon footprint. Not only do we get our extra steps in, but we can also save time by checking how long the queues are first!


We want to support our local community as much as possible. A trustworthy postman is also more likely to take care of your parcels.

Delivery charges

Orders over £60 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY and are sent 2nd class. Please contact us if you wish to receive these items sooner.

All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail

Standard delivery (2-3 business days) - £3.95

First class (1-2 business days) - £5.45

Orders placed before 4 pm will be posted the same day, and after 4 pm will be posted the next working day.

There is no delivery charge for our unique Aroma Pips wax melt samples. These will be sent as Standard 2nd Class.

Problems with a parcel

At Langtree Botanics, we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care – to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition – and in a timely fashion.​ We understand however that there may be issues from time to time.

If you have received a damaged parcel, please refer to our returns policy to see what action to take next.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail or other couriers outside of our control, including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.
