Delivery

Industrial Action

Due to the upcoming industrial strike action, Royal Mail will be unable to deliver parcels on these dates. The nice chap at our local Post Office has insisted we'll still be able to post parcels, but there may be a backlog of parcels waiting to be delivered.

The dates affected are 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd, 24th December.

For this reason, the Royal Mail have announced that they recommend posting parcels much earlier than anticipated.

LAST DATES POSTAGE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
2nd Class - MONDAY 12th DECEMBER
1st Class  - FRIDAY 16TH DECEMBER

Please place your orders before 4pm on these dates to make sure we can get to the Post Office on time.

We will be making arrangements to have parcels delivered via other couriers during this period. However, we expect that the industrial strike will have knock-on effects on other services.

We will include any personal messages if you wish to send your order directly to the recipient.

Langtree Botanics will continue dispatching parcels via the Post Office during this period; however, if you have any concerns regarding delivery, please get in touch before placing an order.

Langtree Botanics’ have decided to predominantly use our local Post Office and Royal Mail for future deliveries.

Since moving here several years ago, we've built a rapport with the friendly staff who work there and are an integral part of our community.

It's very much within walking distance, allowing us to avoid unnecessary journeys to drop-off points or awaiting courier collections, which decreases our carbon footprint. Not only do we get our extra steps in, but we can also save time by checking how long the queues are first!

We want to support our local community as much as possible. A trustworthy postman is also more likely to take care of your parcels.

Orders over £60 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY and are sent 2nd class. Please get in touch with us if you wish to receive these items sooner.

Out-of-stock items

We make our products in small batches, to ensure every item is at a high standard. We also operate on multiple platforms, so there may be a moment when our inventory levels are marginally out of sync. We try our best to avoid this where possible. Soap can take three weeks or more to complete the curing process before we can dispatch them. We attempt to keep stock levels reasonable, but sometimes this is simply out of our hands depending on demand.

Any items that are out of stock are eligible to preorder. Any offers or sets that contain an out-of-stock item will be dispatched when the item in question is replenished. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to ensure you are happy with this.

Problems with a parcel

At Langtree Botanics, we hand-pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care – to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition – and in a timely fashion. We understand, however, that there may be issues from time to time.

If you have received a damaged parcel, please refer to our returns policy to see what action to take next.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail or other couriers outside of our control, including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.

We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

If goods are not received within seven working days from the order/invoice date, please notify us at hello@langtreebotanics.com.
